Our team provided advisory support for the launch of an innovative emergency assistance service in Dubai. The service is a mobile application with a “panic button” for quick access to ambulance, police, fire department, and insurance company.
Initially, the project targets individual users, with future plans to establish partnerships with corporate clients.
As part of our engagement, we developed the project’s financial model, forecasting user growth and the number of integrated services, and assessing the key performance indicators and potential profitability of the solution.
